Morecombe (UK)

A quick trip up the motorway to Morecombe, to pick up some grandchildren.

Williamson park in Lancaster.

This park was constructed by millionaire James Williamson.  The focal point is the Ashton Memorial. Built between 1907 & 1909 at a cost of 80,000 pound (equivalent to 7.5 million pond in 2015).
