Nubeena, Oaklands, & Mt, Field National Park - Tasmania.

Once at Nubeena, we head out to Lime Bay for a look around, which would be a great camp if the weather was hotter. We did all the walks around the coal mine sites and saw more history from the convict's. Caught up with Robin & Ann at the Fox & Hound.
Moved to Oatlands for Christmas and parked right on the lake. We did an 8k walk around Lake Dulverton and saw a snake.

Norfolk Bay.

Nice view.

Ruins.

Not much left of the Superintendents quarter 1843-46.

Oatland's & Lake Dulverton.

Night cart pan's.

Not an inch ant - any ideas?

Zoom in and check out the snake we disturbed.

Lake Dulverton.

We guess we were walking on an old railway track.

Mt Franklin National Park. We did the three falls walk, followed by the tall tree walk. We drive 18k to Lake Dobson, where we did the Urquhart track to join  Snow Gum track to Lake Seal lookout, this was a rocky track that took us to an alpine plateau. Very picturesque.

A baby Pademelon.
